These images were found in stones, walls, wood, bins, windows, skips, cellar lights, gates, torn wallpaper, and a tar truck. If I walked past them now they are likely to have changed, or they may not be there at all - they become lost like dreams, these strange and fragile finds.

They are captured with a very basic camera or my old phone and nothing is altered except rotating or cropping. The magic, for me, is that we see both things - we recognise a crumbling wall or the side of a bin, and yet we can also walk right through them into the lost cities of another world.
